Hall For Rent
We have a gymnasium that was converted to a hall complete with washroom facilities, and can hold 300 people. We are taking bookings for this hall. There is a Cultural Room situated in the hall and this is available for Smudging or Drumming Ceremonies, should the renters desire to use it.
Hours of availability are 8:00 am to 1:00 am.
Monday to Friday: $90 for 4 hours or $180 for a full day
Weekends: $115 for 4 hours or $230 for a full day
A minimum of $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and this will be put towards the final invoice. Deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is given within 30 days. Invoice or refund will be prepared the next business day after the function. The price will include up to 2 hours for decorating if required. Type of decorating allowed will be at the discretion of Ka-Na-Chi-Hih so as to lessen damage to walls or fixtures.
A security deposit of $200 is required 2 weeks before the event. This amount is refundable the next business day, provided there are no damages to the premises.
Local hotels are renting smaller meeting rooms for a similar rate. Our hall is approximately 4,800 square feet.
Food and Beverages
Food catering is available. Please inquire.
Coffee, tea and water are available for a cost of $1.00 per person.
The serving or consumption of alcohol is not allowed.
